Are doctors smart

First I want to start of with that this has nothing to do with the health care reform, I’m not even sure of what the reform is going to do for the people. What I want to talk about are doctors. Most of the people that I know believe that doctors are smart people. I don’t. I don’t like most doctors. Most of them believe that they are so much superior to everyone else. I have interacted with doctors and nurses from two separate hospitals and one clinic that specialize in diseases. Interacting with them made me realize how dumb and rude most of them really are. I understand that they go thru a lot of schooling to have the letters Dr. before their name, but in some cases at the end that’s all it really is, just letters before their name. They charge you outrageous clinic prices to just check your reflexes or to answer a question that you might have. My main concern with doctors is that a lot of them believe that there is no way on earth that they can ever be wrong. They are the doctors so they know what is best; a patient is just a dumb person that is not a doctor so what do they know. My issue is that if some doctors are as smart as they believe that they are then how come they cannot operate a paystation. A paystation is where one pays for the time that they have been parked at a parking lot. It worries me when people that are supposed to be smart cannot operate a machine that resembles a bending machine with the exception that it gives you verbal as well as picture directions

Good cop ; Bad cop

Does a cop become abusive after being a cop for some time or do they become cops because they need the power to be abusive? It might be a question as complicated as the question that asks what came first the chicken or the egg. What a lot of people tend to forget is that cops are just people too, they get mad and frustrated just like everyone else. Imagine if in your line of work you have to “serve & protect” people that see you as the enemy. If 8 out of 10 people you talk to flat out lie to you even dough both know you are right. If you arrested a guilty person then later on you arrest that same person for the same crime that you had already caught them for. How much can a person that wants to make a difference take before they just end up giving up on the situation? On the other hand, some people become cops especially for the power they have over people. In the movie Righteous Kill, there is a line that says it all “Some people respect a gun, everyone respects the badge”. When you are the person that is supposed to protect but instead you are the abuser, who does the person being abused go to? Who is the person taking the report going to believe a fellow cop or some person that is most likely lying or stretching the truth to them? Knowing that as a cop one can get away with almost anything is intoxicating. Who is going to stop you when you and your friends are the law? Who is going to believe that a cop planted evidence against them?

Washrooms

How is it that even dough we are in COLLEGE, some females still act like they're in elementary? There is no reason at all for the washrooms to be as nasty as they are sometimes, like I said we are in COLLEGE. How can a person go thru life not giving a care to what they do? I hate to judge, but just imagine how their house or apartment must look like. How low a hygiene that person must have to just be able to leave a mess in a public toilet. A toilet that every lady in this small college uses. Besides the awful smells, it is a washroom after all, what i am talking about is when pee is left on the seats, or constantly someone forgetting to flush the toilet after they've used it. That is so gross! First of all there are toilet covers, those also need to be flushed by the way. So why would you just squad, and if one does squad and get some on the seat why would one not wipe it? What makes them think that other lady's enjoy having someone else's pee on their butts or having to wipe the seat? Depending on how bad you had to pee.

Terrorist or not?

In recent days, news has come out on a couple of different issues concerning religion. The first one that i want to discuss is a Christian militia group, they call themselves the "Hutaree" which when translated means "Christian Warrior". They believe, like every other crazy religion, that they are the ones that are to save everyone from the coming of the anti-Christ. Like every other cult, they are so messed up in their beliefs. Now I'm not saying that they are wrong. In religion there is no wrong or right, at the end it all ends up being the same just with different names. What I am saying is that some people just shouldn't be allowed to get together. It is all fine and dandy when they are just talking, but when they start taking action, violent action, there is something wrong. Yeah, it might be like when your in school and a teacher splits you up from certain people, childish but necessary. Yes it might be against some civil or constitutional rights, but what about the rights of other people. Why should a lot of people suffer so that a few individuals can enjoy their free speech. I think some people just need 'guidance' might be forced upon but hey that's why the government has Guantanamo Prison, or maybe this will just prove that in the United States you can only be a 'terrorist' if your a non-Caucasian person, but that's a totally different blogg. So people do horrible-bizzare things in the name of god, then they feel dignified because it was in the name of god. What about all the inocent people that got hurt in one way or another, all so that the Hutaree gruop can exercise their right of free speech.

Hi everyone! You are reading a blog that was started by a person that notices all the little and big things that are wrong with society, government, and well basically everyday life. I started this blog because; one it was asigned by my teacher, two it's a good way of letting my thoughts out, and three hopefully people take notice to the little things and eventually to the big things. Even though the wrongs outdo the wrights;,there are still good people that do good things for others.
